Project Manager Finance Strategy Lead

About the Role

Pictet Wealth Management is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join its Geneva-based Strategy team.

As a key member of the team, you will assist senior management in delivering business and financial insights, and supporting the planning, monitoring, and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team head and other team members in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate the strategic planning process with market heads, investment platform, and support functions.
  • Prepare updates for managerial committees on commercial and financial results.
  • Support the articulation of PWM's strategic priorities and break them down into initiatives and projects.
  • Carry out ad hoc financial analyses as requested by the ExBo or the Group Executive Committee.
  • Produce reports on a monthly basis and conduct a quarterly financial forecast for all zones.
  • Identify and structure performance improvement opportunities regarding revenue growth, cost optimization, and capital consumption.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • At least three years' experience in a similar role in financial services or with a top consulting firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of and interest in the banking/asset management industries.
  • Excellent analytical skills, an ownership mindset, and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver on multiple tasks under pressure and within short deadlines.
  • Proactive, able to work efficiently on your own, and driven by a desire to excel in a demanding environment.
  • Expert presentation skills (PowerPoint) and skilled user of analytical tools and languages (Excel, Tableau, VBA).
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
