Active-consulting GmbH ¦ corporate recruiting is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Global Consolidation Manager. As a key member of the Finance and Accounting team, you will be responsible for leading the consolidation process and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the consolidation process, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level members and regional finance managers
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with the Group Finance team to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting
Requirements
  • Swiss Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international finance and accounting, with a focus on consolidation and reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS and other regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders
