We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Basel.

About the Role :

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant and 2+ years of experience supporting senior/executive level leaders.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace is essential, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Gmail, gCal, gDrive, gMeet, and Calendar.
  • The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be extremely flexible, and able to manage conflicting priorities with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential and complex issues, working in a discreet environment, is required.
  • The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent judgment, able to work independently and anticipate the executive's needs.
  • A quick learner, solution-oriented, and proactive individual who can adapt to the dynamic needs of the organization is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, thoroughly, and in a highly professional and timely manner.
  • The ability to be onsite in Basel is required.

Your Profile :

  • You have 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant.
  • You have 2+ years of experience supporting senior/executive level leaders.
  • You are proficient with Google Workspace.
  • You have financial experience for effective tracking of departmental budgets.
  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to be extremely flexible while managing conflicting, shifting, and competing priorities with minimal direction.
