  1. You will work with our clients on their supply chain operations processes, evaluate the best use of SAP solutions, and advise them on the design and implementation of best-in-class SAP solutions.
  2. Help our clients integrate solutions based on the latest technology, such as IoT or predictive analytics, with their S4 HANA solution.
  3. Take on responsibility for managing projects and project work streams in challenging and fast-paced SAP transformation programs.
  4. Contribute to the development of our world-class SAP consulting team.

As a Senior Manager/Director in SAP Supply Chain Operations Consulting, you will thrive in an environment committed to teamwork, trust, and mutual support. Your Skill Set
  • A degree (bachelor/master/diploma) preferred in business, IT, engineering, business information systems, or a digital discipline.
  • More than 7 years of experience in process consulting and implementation of SAP solutions.
  • Relevant experience in SAP supply chain and logistics modules and a profound understanding of the related business processes.
  • Innovative mindset and previous exposure to GenAI and Cloud is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, with commitment to professional excellence.
  • Team player and ready to take on responsibility on projects and to foster innovative solutions.
  • Relevant leadership experience which includes coaching, managing engagement teams, and client relation management.
  • Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written), working knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Flexible to work on engagements in other parts of Switzerland and/or abroad and a valid work permit.
