Job Description

Omya AG is a leading multinational organization seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead its digital transformation initiatives in the Finance and HR departments.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in driving digitalization across large-scale organizations, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategic alignment. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions that optimize processes, improve performance, and drive value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of core business areas in Finance and HR to inform digital initiatives effectively.
  • Collaborate with executives to ensure digital initiatives align with business goals and strategies.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and manage a project portfolio focused on business priorities, leveraging digital solutions.
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with available digital team resources.
  • Foster strong relationships with business leaders, providing expert advice on digital transformation.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital trends and solutions to assess their relevance to Omya's strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a comparable role within a multinational company.
  • Strategic thinking skills to align digital initiatives with business strategies and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability to navigate changing business needs and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Broad knowledge of IT/OT systems, technologies, and trends, with the ability to assess their impact on business operations.
Additional Information

We offer a competitive salary of approximately CHF 120,000 per annum, based on market rates for similar positions in Switzerland. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
