Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader - Finance & HR to join our team at Omya (Schweiz) AG.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute digital initiatives in Finance and HR, driving business value creation and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create a technology roadmap that supports business objectives and ensures effective use of digital resources.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying project management tools and methodologies to deliver results efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with business leaders, becoming a trusted advisor on digital transformation and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a multinational company, preferably in a comparable role (IT or Business).
  • Strategic thinking and ability to understand and align digital initiatives with business strategies and objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Broad knowledge of IT/OT systems, technologies, and trends, with the ability to assess their suitability and impact on business operations.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, but negotiation-level skills in mastering English is a must.
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be based in Oftringen, Switzerland, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in-office and 15-20% travel availability. The salary for this position is estimated at CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
