Investment Relations Specialist

About the Role
Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment specialist with expertise in hedge funds, private equity, and global real estate. As a key member of the Multi Manager PE Investor Relations team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the marketing and distribution of Private Equity investment solutions to private and institutional clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in servicing private and institutional clients invested in private equity, providing exceptional client service and support.
- Help organize the launch and promotion of new products, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
- Monitor client relationships, building relevant reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Prepare a range of marketing documents for both internal and external clients, showcasing PAA's expertise and solutions.
- Contribute to the design and management of projects, including data collection and market research, to drive business growth and development.
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance or Economics (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience in an investor relations department or client servicing role is a plus, particularly in asset management or private equity.
- Fluency in French and English, with any additional language skills an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Driven, with a desire to achieve results and a willingness to help others attain their goals.
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
