- Monitor Internal Control Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of effective internal control systems to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and Update Enterprise Risk Management Framework: Collaborate with the risk management team to review and update the company's Enterprise Risk Management Framework, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
- Review Processes and Procedures: Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance risk management.
- Provide Risk Expertise: Offer expert risk advice and guidance to new projects and initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the company's risk management framework.
- Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in investment risk, preferably within an investment team or similar position.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with numbers and investment-related ratios and indicators.
- Language: Fluency in French and English.
