Are you ready to take on a challenging role that combines technical expertise with business acumen? Our client, a leading IT service provider, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant Microsoft Analytics to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects, driving innovation in reporting and business intelligence.
  • Expand and develop the analytics area, contributing to the team's growth and success.
  • Design and implement advanced reporting requirements and modern business analytics solutions.
  • Define and conceptualize BI architecture and DWH models that meet client needs.
  • Take charge of project management or sub-projects, depending on your experience and expertise.
  • Analyze business needs, define processes, and create reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Provide coaching to customer project managers, train end users, and deliver presales support.
  • Optionally, get hands-on with full BI solutions implementation from data acquisition to query creation.
Requirements
  • Educational background in business administration or IT (degree in FH, Uni, ETH, or similar).
  • Several years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Analytics solutions.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric is a strong advantage.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP ERP, Apache Spark, and/or Databricks is a plus.
  • Experience in project management and organization, particularly in planning or analytics projects.
  • Proficient programming skills; experience in HTML5, Python, R, and statistical modeling is ideal.
  • High commitment, reliability, and a passion for delivering quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English with a professional and confident demeanor.
