About the Role

The Material Order Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring seamless material ordering processes for both domestic and international requests. You will be responsible for entering, acknowledging, revising, and preparing shipping documents for orders.

In this position, you will also track orders and facilitate customs clearance through collaboration with transportation carriers and brokers. Additionally, you may coordinate intercompany scheduling of orders with critical delivery dates.

This role requires close attention to detail to ensure compliance with export control regulations and effective problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise.

Key Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar position

This is an excellent opportunity to work independently, utilize analytical and logical thinking, and develop strong communication skills to collaborate with internal partners. A good level of English language proficiency and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems are essential for success in this role.
