Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate purchasing agreements that balance quality, quantity, delivery dates, and prices
  • Identify and propose strategic suppliers to enhance procurement efficiency
  • Process inquiries and orders while maintaining accurate master data and optimizing workflows
  • Ensure compliance with technical requirements
  • Discover opportunities for cost savings in material procurement
  • Support the development team in sourcing suppliers for prototypes and new products
  • Collaborate closely with production and quality assurance teams
  • Plan and execute supplier audits
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in electronic or mechatronic engineering
  • Prior training in purchasing or supply chain management
  • Experience in strategic purchasing is advantageous
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP regulations
  • In-depth proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of German and English languages
