Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate purchasing agreements that meet quality, quantity, delivery dates, and prices
  • Recommend strategic suppliers to enhance procurement efficiency
  • Process customer inquiries and orders while maintaining accurate master data and optimizing workflows
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings in material procurement
  • Support the development team in sourcing suppliers for prototypes and new products
  • Collaborate closely with production and quality assurance teams
  • Plan and execute supplier audits
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in electronic or mechatronic engineering
  • Prior experience in purchasing or supply chain management
  • Advantageous experience in strategic purchasing
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP regulations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • Excellent language skills in German and English
