About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. As a key member of our Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Support the coordination of Annual Budget and Rolling Estimate activity, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning and analysis.
  • Digital Finance Initiatives: Active involvement in digital initiatives for finance reporting, and reporting simplifications, to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Support Financial strategic planning LRP, forward-looking analysis through scenario planning, to inform business decisions.
  • Business Partnering: Provide actionable analysis, insight, and tools for planning and decision-making for the Business Unit.
  • Risk Management: Understand and update risk management framework and risk register, to ensure effective risk mitigation.
  • Operational Support: Business Partner to supporting functions, e.g., HR, IT, in OPEX controlling, planning, and capital investment projects.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Financial support for cross-functional ad-hoc projects, to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical person with ability to summarize details into concise key messages.
  • Financial Acumen: Good understanding of Accounting and Variance analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Proactive nature with good communication skills, numerate, well organized.
  • Team Player: Team player: embraces cross-functional support and partners with internal customers.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable to constant changes and fast-paced environment.
  • Trust and Transparency: Trustful and transparent.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel in particular, and very good knowledge of Power BI, Python is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English skills (verbal and written), and German would be considered an advantage.
