About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Support the coordination of annual budget and rolling estimate activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning and analysis.
  • Digital Finance Initiatives: Active involvement in digital initiatives for finance reporting and simplification, leveraging technology to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Support financial strategic planning, including long-range planning, forward-looking analysis, and scenario planning to inform business decisions.
  • Business Partnering: Provide actionable analysis, insights, and tools to support business planning and decision-making, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Understand and update risk management frameworks and risk registers to ensure effective risk mitigation and management.
  • Operational Excellence: Support operational excellence initiatives, including OPEX controlling, planning, and capital investment projects.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide financial support for cross-functional ad-hoc projects, leveraging financial expertise to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to summarize complex details into concise key messages.
  • Financial Acumen: Good understanding of accounting and variance analysis, with the ability to apply financial concepts to drive business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Proactive nature, with excellent communication skills, numeracy, and organizational abilities.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to partner with internal customers and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable to constant changes and fast-paced environments, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, with a strong understanding of Power BI and Python programming languages.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
