Global Process Expert/Analyst HR/HRIS

In this diverse position, you will lead your own projects/analyses in process optimization in the global HR/HRIS environment of our client and are part of a sympathetic team directly under the Head PMO and Process Excellence. You analyze existing HR processes, launch initiatives for continuous improvement, and implement process optimizations in various HR fields (ideas, implementation, and possibly process documentation (e.g., C&B, Performance Mgt, HRIS, and interfaces with business). You take on PMO tasks (milestones, timeline, budget) and coordinate process development with various involved stakeholders (national/international), such as HR, Finance, QM, IT. You define business processes, coordinate/monitor their implementation, and ensure the adherence to QA and Corporate Governance. Additionally, you will take on tasks in process documentation, develop training materials/instructions, and are the competent contact person for the business and decision-makers at various locations. Requirements Profile
To master this diverse challenge optimally, you bring a relevant higher education (e.g., BSc/MSc Business, HR, or Industrial Engineering). You can also draw on long-term practice in analyzing and optimizing HR processes, Business Excellence (global/international), which you have ideally collected in an environment of the manufacturing industry (Manufacturing/Operations, as well as Global Administrative/HR Processes). You communicate very well in German and are conversant in English (W/S), with additional foreign languages being an advantage. You are proficient in MS Office and various HRIS (e.g., SAP HCM, Success Factors, time tools, etc.) and have ideally also practiced implementing new HRIS. Experience as an HR Team Leader (e.g., HRIS, Services) or HRBP is an advantage. You are a proactive team player who successfully communicates on different levels, presents ideas convincingly, and are a solution-oriented and well-organized person who likes to analyze and occasionally look beyond the horizon in the global environment.
