Quality Assurance Manager

As the Quality Manager for NutEx, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the quality function within our organization. You will lead with impact, ensuring that our quality standards not only meet but exceed the global expectations of Nutreco.
This is your chance to own and enhance our quality system from the ground up, setting the stage for long-term success and sustainability in a rapidly evolving sector. You will actively collaborate across departments and functions, driving excellence and innovation at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key leaders to ensure end-to-end Feed to Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) compliance across all phases — from development to production.
- Align NutEx with Nutreco's global quality standards, ensuring that every product meets rigorous international standards.
- Be the face of NutEx for external certification bodies and regulatory authorities, ensuring all certifications are maintained and achieved with excellence.
- Support the product development team in designing world-class product specifications.

Ultimately, success in this role means you'll have built a robust and scalable quality system that positions NutEx as a leader in PhytoComplexes within Nutreco and the global market.
What We Offer:
- A full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Requirements:
- A master's degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience, preferably in quality roles in the feed, food or pharma industry.
- Knowledge of food and feed safety regulations.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and certification schemes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, fluent proficiency in verbal and written).
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
