Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team of over 70 employees across four locations, fostering a collaborative environment that delivers exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to drive the efficient operation of both departments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal resource allocation.
- Establish a comprehensive service structure for occupational therapy, aligning it with the hospital's goals and stakeholder needs.
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation to achieve economic objectives and fulfill service mandates.
- Mastery in physiotherapy, accompanied by a strong academic background (master's degree or equivalent).
