About the Client:
Our client is a leading Medical Technology company in Switzerland, headquartered in Central Switzerland with a global network of production sites, subsidiaries, and sales partners.
Position:
Product Manager 80 – 100 %
Main Responsibilities:
- Building the interface between customers and different internal stakeholders (e.g. R&D, regulatory affairs, technical support, marketing, sales etc.)
- Responsible for designing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as managing the complete life cycle of the allocated products
- Understanding customer needs and turning them into technical requirements
- Evaluating clinical data and defining product value propositions, positioning, and targeting
- Advising and supporting different stakeholders in all use-related topics arising for our medical devices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Completed a biomedical degree or have a comparable qualification with corresponding additional qualifications
- Knowledge in the commercialization of a product, marketing acumen, and regulatory requirements for medical devices (MDR, harmonized and ISO standards, etc.)
- Result-oriented with a high degree of organizational talent
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to take initiative, and a high motivation to improve and promote medical devices
- Additional knowledge in, and practical experience with, respiratory therapy and/or intensive care is highly preferred
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
