Senior Manager, Sales Field Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Field to join our team in Stabio, Switzerland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing against goals in a seamless brand experience across various markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate a multi-year vision and growth strategy for all involved accounts, aligning with the Brand Vision.
- Effectively manage agencies and their account profitability to grow within budgeted cost parameters.
- Partner with the senior team across all disciplines to influence the development of the Field Account proposition, including product assortment, allocation, visual look, and marketing/promotions.
- Provide market, store, and product insights to accelerate growth, maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring the competition.
- Develop and communicate a compelling vision to drive teams to deliver their best and meet/exceed business objectives and goals.
- Build relationships with field key accounts and leverage senior management contacts as needed.
- Accountable for leading, developing, and driving plans, actions, and decisions that deliver sales growth, margin, and profit for the brand.
- Lead team to evolve productivity through accelerating top-line growth, improving gross margins, managing expenses, and building efficiencies in central support costs.
- Build and foster effective relationships with direct reports and agencies business partners, resulting in confidence, morale, and spirit within the team.
- Minimum 5 years sales/key account management or similar experience in Fashion Industries at a similar level.
- Deep knowledge or understanding of the industry and its values.
- Experience with and understanding of fashion consumers.
- Skill in crafting and maintaining mutual strategic plans and frequently measuring execution, while creating exceptional customer relationships at all levels.
- Analytical and strategic, with the ability to see the strength of using facts for decisions.
- High energy, goal-oriented, and driven individual who is great at getting things done.
- University degree in business with a sales focus or equivalent.
