- Création de partenariats étroits avec les managers : gestion des objectifs, des performances et des besoins en ressources humaines.
- Conduite d'entretiens individuels annuels : évaluation des performances, définition des objectifs et des plans d'action.
- Gestion de projets RH : création de campagnes de recrutement innovantes, gestion des outils informatiques, etc.
- Soutien à la Direction RH : analyse des données, définition de stratégies et de processus, etc.
- Expérience en gestion des ressources humaines : au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Chef de Projet RH ou Responsable RH.
- Connaissance des outils informatiques : connaissance approfondie des outils de gestion des ressources humaines.
- Compétences en communication : excellente communication, sens relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Compétences en analyse : bon esprit d'analyse et force de proposition.
