Oracle ISV Ecosystem Business Development Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an ISV Ecosystem Business Development Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with select ISVs to align their applications with Oracle technology and on-prem license plays.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful partnership development and management, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to navigate complex sales environments. You will collaborate with field and other teams to create, drive, and own account plans for selected ISVs, establishing rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to ensure timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with select ISVs to align their applications with Oracle technology and on-prem license plays, leveraging your expertise in technical pitches and differentiators of Oracle technology products.
- Collaborate with field and other teams to create, drive, and own account plans for selected ISVs, establishing rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Work closely with Oracle LOBs and function units to understand industry trends, positioning ISV-certified solutions and identifying new business opportunities.
- Build, sell, and execute the sale of Oracle on-prem license products to ISVs, including negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale, and participate in tracking and forecasting pipeline to meet sales targets.
- Demonstrated track record of successful partnership development and management, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Demonstrable track record of achievement in consultative sales, preferably in an embedded software business environment.
- Clear understanding of the business and software opportunity presented by technology for major multinational enterprises.
- Must have carried a direct sales quota and demonstrated on-target or better achievement.
- Strong sales engagement experience in major opportunities.
- Well-established business and general management disciplines.
- Effective negotiator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of success in partnership development and management.
- Excellent business development, planning, and execution skills.
- Entrepreneurial creativity and flair with regards to joint working engagements.
- Joint demand creation experience to create end-user Go-To-Market programs for ISV applications.
- Ability to learn and add incremental value to an ISV's specific business model and unique selling proposition (USP).
- Language skills: English.
