Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektkaufmann oder Projekt Cost Controller (m/w/d) mit starkem Interesse an vertragsrelevanten Fragestellungen des Projektes.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Set-up des Projektes in SAP sowie sämtliche Reports & Subsysteme zur Projekt Steuerung
- Führen der monatlichen Kostenkontrolle: Rechtzeitige und regelmäßige Erstellung und Nachverfolgung der Projektprognosen und der internen Geschäftsberichte für das Projekt inkl. monatlicher Projektreviews gegenüber der Geschäftsführung
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung und Nachverfolgung aller kaufmännischen Aspekte innerhalb der Projektdurchführung und die rechtzeitige Berichterstattung gemäß den internen Vorschriften (z. B. Cashflow, Zahlungsverzug, potenzielle Rechtsstreitigkeiten, Budgetüberschreitungen usw.)
- Unterstützung bei allen kaufmännischen Fragestellungen während des gesamten Project-Life-Cycles - von der Angebots-/ bis zur Gewährleistungsphase
- Teilnahme an Vertragsverhandlungen und Nachtragsverhandlungen mit Kunden und Subunternehmern
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Risikoanalyse in Bezug auf kommerzielle, finanzielle und steuerliche Aspekte
- Betreuung des Procurementpakets der Projekte (Forecast, SAP-Bestellprozess, Lieferantenanlage) inkl. Teilnahme an Vergabeverhandlungen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL oder vergleichbarer Studiengang oder eine vergleichbare kaufm. Ausbildung
- 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der kommerziellen Projektbetreuung (Projekt Cost Controlling)
- SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift sind zwingend notwendig
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Analytisches Denkvermögen & selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
