Senior Project Cost Control Specialist

Are you a seasoned project commercial or cost controller looking for a new challenge? Do you have a strong interest in contract-related project topics and a passion for innovation? We're seeking a talented individual to join our commercial project team in Schlieren and Muttenz.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage projects in SAP, including reports and subsystems
  • Conduct monthly cost control, preparing and following up on project forecasts and internal business reports
  • Ensure compliance with commercial aspects during project execution and timely reporting
  • Support commercial topics throughout the project life cycle, from offer phase to warranty phase
  • Participate in contract and change order negotiations with clients and subcontractors
  • Contribute to risk analysis with commercial, financial, and tax aspects
  • Supervise procurement packages, including forecast, SAP ordering process, and supplier registration
Requirements:
  • Studies in business administration or comparable field
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial project management
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Analytical thinking and independent working style
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, proactive behavior, and flexibility
