Assembly Team Leader

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Team Leader to oversee and guide a dedicated group of approximately 16 team members engaged in the mechanical and electrical assembly of printing systems and components, including thorough system evaluations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor a skilled team in the assembly and testing of printing machinery.
  • Champion the attainment of organizational objectives related to assembly processes, system evaluations, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure adherence to technical specifications and internal protocols within the department.
  • Evaluate and enhance the entire production workflow, focusing on efficiency and quality improvements through Lean Management techniques.
  • Oversee capacity and resource allocation in alignment with sales projections and strategic growth initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical background with additional credentials in process or industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a comparable supervisory role.
  • Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles.
  • Commitment to ongoing process optimization, assembly improvements, and effective planning.
  • Proven ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and resilience capabilities.
  • Assertive, detail-oriented, and efficient work approach.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English (B2 level).
