Test Engineer

Celeroton TurboCell is a Swiss-based technology leader driving innovation in high-speed turbo compressors and drive systems using gas bearings for fuel cell applications.
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to strengthen our R&D team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge turbo compressor technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and execution of verification procedures and tests for commissioning of turbo compressor prototypes
- Process definition and support in turbo compressor prototype assembly
- Post-processing, analysis, and documentation of test results in cooperation with development engineers
- Design, construction, and commissioning of new prototype and series test benches
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable education
- Experience in measurement technology and test bench design, preferably in mechanics, electrical engineering, and programming
- Pragmatic, conscientious, and structured work style with attention to detail
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor)
- Experience in mechanical system validation and data post-processing is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
