Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan IT demand related to Business Applications, balancing demand with available resources and aligning IT capabilities with business goals
- Lead end-to-end IT projects, develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, provide regular updates, and manage expectations
- Mentor and guide team members, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative environment
- Oversee the technical aspects of business application projects, ensuring solutions meet business requirements
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other IT professionals to design and implement applications
- Maintain quality standards, oversee testing procedures, and resolve issues
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of proven experience in IT project management, specifically in business applications
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of business application development and implementation
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and IT infrastructure
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Fluent in German and English
