About the Role

OKOIOS is a Swiss IT Service provider, specialized in IT & Business Solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Application Manager CRM to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical support for an application portfolio, including various Commerce, Marketing, Sales, and Service platforms, as well as associated interfaces.
  • Ensure application availability, including providing second-level support.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop specifications.
  • Coordinate application changes across relevant boards and committees.
  • Plan and execute release updates in coordination with the service owner.
  • Contribute to projects within the assigned service and application environment.
  • Create system documentation and test cases, and plan and conduct end-user training.
Requirements
  • Commercial or technical foundational education with further tertiary qualification in business administration or IT.
  • Several years of experience in managing business applications, preferably with CRM and e-commerce systems.
  • Knowledge of IT service management.
  • Proficiency in German (C2/C1) and English (B2).
  • Enjoyment of working in an international setting.
  • Team player qualities with a high degree of responsibility and independence.
