Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and supply chain efficiency
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with Hug Engineering's quality and sustainability standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop effective solutions

Requirements
  • MSc in Business Administration or related field with 3-5 years of experience in industrial purchasing
  • Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings and improving supply chain efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of international trade agreements, customs regulations, and logistics practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
What We Offer

Hug Engineering AG offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
