Als Kundenbeziehungs-Unterstützer bist du das Aushängeschild unseres Unternehmens und erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Der Kundensupport per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
- Beratung von Neukunden und Interessenten
- Diverse administrative Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der anderen Teammitglieder
- Sicherstellung der Prozessoptimierung
