- Qualitätsentwicklung: Unterstützen Sie die Sektionen in der Umsetzung des bereits erstellten Konzepts Qualitätsmanagementsystem und überprüfen Sie den Umsetzungstands der entsprechenden Risiko-Massnahmen.
- Risikomanagement: Durchführen Sie Riskoreviews und vertreten Sie den Risikokatalog in der Schulleitung.
- Prozessanalyse und -optimierung: Überarbeiten und Modellieren Sie übergeordnete Management-, Kern- und Supportprozesse und analysieren, optimieren und entwickeln Sie Prozesse in verschiedenen Bereichen.
- Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Ausgewiesene Fachkenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufspraxis in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen und Visio sowie UML und BPMN
