The Global Senior Digital Asset Infrastructure Sales Specialist role at IBM offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and revenue growth for our digital asset infrastructure product portfolio. As a key member of our dynamic sales team, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and consulting firms globally.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plays to achieve and exceed sales targets for IBM's digital asset infrastructure products.
  2. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with ISVs and consulting firms, collaborating on joint sales and marketing initiatives to expand our market reach.
  3. Analyze Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor our product portfolio accordingly.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management and technical teams to ensure alignment in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  5. Client Success: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Business Insights: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management to inform strategic decision making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management, preferably in the technology or software industry with digital asset focus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong network of contacts within ISVs, consulting firms, and relevant industry partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong expertise and client network in the EMEA, especially Middle-East-Africa (MEA) region.
  • Language skills: English and Turkish.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required.
