Sales Specialist for Digital Assets

The Global Senior Digital Asset Infrastructure Sales Specialist role at IBM offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and revenue growth for our digital asset infrastructure product portfolio. As a key member of our dynamic sales team, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and consulting firms globally.
Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plays to achieve and exceed sales targets for IBM's digital asset infrastructure products.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with ISVs and consulting firms, collaborating on joint sales and marketing initiatives to expand our market reach.
- Analyze Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor our product portfolio accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management and technical teams to ensure alignment in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Client Success: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Insights: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management to inform strategic decision making.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management, preferably in the technology or software industry with digital asset focus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network of contacts within ISVs, consulting firms, and relevant industry partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong expertise and client network in the EMEA, especially Middle-East-Africa (MEA) region.
- Language skills: English and Turkish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel globally as required.
