We are seeking a highly skilled Abacus ERP system manager to join our Digital Transformation team in Zurich or Berne. As the key technical lead, you will oversee the integration, operation, and future development of our Abacus ERP system.
About Helvetas
Helvetas is an international development organization that works with people and communities in over 30 countries around the world. We focus on issues like poverty reduction, environmental protection, disaster preparedness, and peacebuilding.
Your Role
You will be responsible for managing our Abacus ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance, and aligning it with our organizational objectives. This includes overseeing project costs, managing data connectivity, interfaces, and system updates, as well as providing expert-level support to Abacus users and coordinating with business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the overall Abacus ERP system, including integration, operation, and future development
- Develop and implement mid- to long-term roadmaps for ERP enhancements
- Ensure smooth operation of the ERP system, including managing data connectivity, interfaces, and system updates
- Provide expert-level support to Abacus users and coordinate with business stakeholders and external implementation partners
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong hands-on expertise in Abacus functions, particularly in finance modules, and experience in managing and maintaining ERP systems. Additionally, you should have a Master's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and possess advanced understanding of ERP systems, data connectivity, and interface development. Collaboration and communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
