We are looking for an experienced auditor to join our team as Internal Auditor PE Fund Investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering risk-based audits for Private Market funds, including Operations, Fund Accounting, Treasury, Compliance, etc.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of the role include:
- Delivering risk-based audits and advising line managers on key risks;
- Planning, conducting or supervising investment product or functional audits addressing key risks;
- Project lead for special projects such as developing data science in the audit;
- Making recommendations to improve efficiency and quality in the company's processes and internal control system;
- Monitoring audit recommendations until suggested optimizations are implemented;
- Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to the Head of Internal Audit;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit or Business Administration;
- CPA, ACCA, CIA certification;
- Knowledge of the fund industry as an internal or external auditor in asset management and its investment products;
- Familiarity with financial or process audits and data analysis tools;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Ability to write concise reports;
- Able to work independently and take initiative;
- Flexible and open-minded approach;
- IT flair and knowledge of MS Office;
- Proficiency in English and German.
