**Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Private Markets Middle Office team in Zurich. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing lifecycle management services for private market funds in Switzerland.

**Key Accountabilities**

  • Capital Call and Distribution Transactions: You will be responsible for processing capital calls and distributions for private market funds in Switzerland.
  • Deal Closing Activities: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to complete private market deal closing activities through our nominee setup.
  • Workflows and Deadlines: You will track deal-closing documents and manage workflows under tight deadlines.
  • Client Support: You will support client advisers on the post-sale side.
  • Data Management: You will ensure data completeness and accuracy through various processes.

**Requirements**

  • You should have a university degree in accounting, business administration, or finance.

**Skills and Experience**

  • You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in banking operations with a strong focus on private markets.
  • You should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and energetic.
  • You should be a self-starter and proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You should be able to effectively communicate with internal and external parties.
  • You should be fluent in English, and other languages such as German or French are beneficial.
