**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Private Markets Middle Office team in Zurich. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing lifecycle management services for private market funds in Switzerland.

**Main Responsibilities**

  • You will be responsible for daily lifecycle management tasks, including capital call and distribution transactions, valuations, and reporting.
  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to complete private market deal closing activities through our nominee setup.
  • You will track deal-closing documents and manage workflows under tight deadlines.
  • You will support client advisers on the post-sale side.
  • You will ensure data completeness and accuracy through various processes.
  • You will actively contribute to the implementation of private market optimization projects and activities.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • You should have a university degree in accounting, business administration, or finance.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**

  • You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in banking operations with a strong focus on private markets.
  • You should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and energetic.
  • You should be a self-starter and proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You should be able to effectively communicate with internal and external parties.
  • You should be fluent in English, and other languages such as German or French are beneficial.
