We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Manager to lead our Air Cooled MV Drives portfolio. As a key member of our System Drives Division, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering excellence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Support the transition of our air-cooled portfolio to future products, ensuring a seamless ramp-up and phase-out of legacy products.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to launch and introduce new products to the market.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all product, market, and business objectives are met, including manufacturing, quality, engineering, research & development, supply chain, and supply chain management.
- Define product and market requirements for next-generation products.
- Develop and review product trainings for internal teams, sales communities, and customers.
- Prepare market, product, and competitor analyses.
- Bachelor or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Over 15 years of experience in an industrial environment in engineering, product marketing, sales, or product management roles, ideally with experience in multiple roles.
- Excellent command of English.
- Knowledge of and working experience (minimum 5 years) in air-cooled MV drives.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and purposeful with analytical, logical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
