Job Title: Global Director of Product Marketing for Grid Automation

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Director to lead our Grid Automation team in developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a sustainable framework for developing Grid Automation's product marketing content, aligning content strategy with Demand Gen strategy, and driving pipeline through consistent execution of MarCom plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build storytelling architecture and content strategy for portfolio
  • Deliver content on time and on budget
  • Educate stakeholders on portfolio positioning and messaging
  • Build functional processes for Product Marketing team
  • Manage personnel activities of staff, including hire, train, reward, motivate, and handle disciplinaries, performance reviews, and pay discussions
  • Evaluate and assess new projects based upon size, complexity, and time frame
  • Select and assign appropriate project leader and team member(s)
Requirements:
  • Deep domain expertise in industrial software and automation portfolios
  • Demonstrated success operating in a highly matrixed environment
  • Superb leadership abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant product marketing and development experience
  • Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
  • Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns
