Job Title: Global Product Manager for Air Cooled MV Drives

Join our team at creaSKILL GmbH as a Global Product Manager for Air Cooled MV Drives. In this role, you will play a key part in the System Drives Division (Motion Business Area) Global Portfolio Management team. Reporting to the Global Product Management Manager, you will perform various activities in the life cycle of current and future products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the air-cooled portfolio transition in ramping up the future products and phasing out the legacy products.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in the launch and market introduction of the new product.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (i.e., Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Supply Chain Management) to ensure all product, market, and business objectives are met.
  • Define product and market requirements for the next generation products.
  • Review product trainings for internal teams, sales communities, and customers.
  • Prepare various analyses by market, product, and competitors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering or equivalent area of studies.
  • Over 15 years of experience in an industrial environment in an engineering, product marketing, sales, or product management role. Ideally in more than one of the mentioned roles.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Knowledge of and working experience (minimum 5 years) in air-cooled MV drives are a must.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and purposeful with analytical, logical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, combined with an excellent style of collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
