Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team at Medair International. As a key member of our Engagement Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the production of content across all channels and with affiliates, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed plans.
- Manage material development project plans across engagement teams, including marketing and philanthropy.
- Track project status and ensure regular updates to stakeholders, escalating issues as necessary.
- Oversee the use of guidelines and assets, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Report project outcomes and risks to management, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with internal customers to understand their requirements, providing proactive solutions and support.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality materials on time.
- Develop and deepen partnerships with external resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.
- Continuously seek to improve coordination processes, identifying roadblocks and proposing solutions.
- Lead the Medair News production process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Cowrite campaign briefs with relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Train and coach others on project management tools, promoting best practices and efficiency.
- Act as the guardian of internal marketing and comms processes, providing inputs for improvements.
- Reflect the values of Medair with team members, local staff, beneficiaries, and external contacts.
- Contribute to the rich spiritual life of your team, including team devotions, prayers, and words of encouragement.
- Encouraged to join and contribute to Medair's international prayer network.
- Degree in International Communication, Marketing, or Digital Marketing, or equivalent job experience.
- Strong working knowledge of English and French (spoken and written with excellent spelling skills).
- At least two years' work or volunteer experience in marketing project management.
- Microsoft Office, Trello, and social media platforms.
- Experience and understanding of multimedia communications strategies and best practices.
- Project management tools, including Trello.
- Ability to work under stress with tight deadlines.
- Excellent multitasking, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Ability to research and develop understanding of content strategies and engagement.
- Ability to digest technical information and prepare messaging for varied audiences.
- Ability to develop and monitor processes involving multiple stakeholders and critical deadlines.
