We are seeking a highly motivated Editorial Assistant to join our team at MDPI AG. As a key member of our editorial office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the editorial process for academic research journals.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Office applications. They will be responsible for formatting manuscripts, handling email communication, and ensuring accurate editing and publication within deadlines.
A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in one of the following fields: Marine Science, Technology, or related areas is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
Job Description:- Support the editorial process for academic research journals;
- Format manuscripts according to our in-house standards;
- Handle email communication between all parties involved in the publication process;
- Excellent written and spoken English skills;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Marine Science, Technology, or related areas;
