**About the Job**

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing our sales strategy for Switzerland.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead the development and implementation of the sales strategy for Switzerland.
  • BUILD strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new ones.
  • Provide expert advice on our products and services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations.
  • Represent Qestit at industry events and conferences.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams.
**Requirements**
  • Proven track record of success in sales, ideally in consulting or services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel ( occasional overnight stays may be required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Language proficiency in both German and English.
