Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Group Controller to join our team. As a strategic business partner, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning and internal performance reporting across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead the internal performance reporting process to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Provide strategic business insights and recommendations to senior management
- Manage and analyze complex financial data to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration or equivalent business education
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a multinational corporation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data
- Additional professional qualifications such as Swiss CPA, ACCA are an advantage
