Omya (Schweiz) AG is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst to join its Group Sales Excellence team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.

  • Pricing Methodology: Develop and refine pricing models, and manage pricing escalations. Collaborate with key stakeholders across sales and marketing organizations to ensure market requirements are accurately reflected.
  • Pricing Process and Tools: Leverage advanced price management tools and technologies to automate processes and enhance decision-making. Oversee price setting and quote processes within pricing tool, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Develop a comprehensive pricing analysis framework, and conduct thorough monitoring of pricing performance metrics consistently. Perform scenario analysis of pricing strategies, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Governance: Implement and enforce governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance with established pricing processes. Address deviations promptly and provide clear guidance to sales and marketing teams to maintain alignment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, as well as minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance or a similar business role.
