Web Content Specialist 100% Description We are lookingfor an experienced Web Content Specialist to join our core webteam, dedicated to enhancing Omya's digital presence and deliveringexceptional online experiences. The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 2 years of web authoring experience with AdobeExperience Manager (AEM) and a strong background in web contentcreation and management. As part of the Omya web core team, youwill work closely with the Product Owner of our Content ManagementSystem who leads the development of our website strategy andimplementation roadmap. In addition, you will collaborate withtheSEO and Analytics Specialist who implements the best on-page andtechnical SEO practices based on website analytics. In your roleyou will also align with cross-functional teams on brand messagingand business objectives. Responsibilities - Develop, edit, andmaintain web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuringcontent quality, consistency, and alignment with digitalstrategies. - Collaborate with regional teams to localize contentfor global audiences, supporting multilingual and region-specificneeds. - Support the development of global campaigns, ensuring webcontent aligns with overarching marketing goals. - Manage digitalassets in AEM, including images, videos, and documents. - Ensuredisplay and functionality of web content as intended. - Createtraining material and deliver training sessions to onboard new AEMusers. - Collaborate with the CMS Product Owner in theimplementation of new features and workflows. - Write and edit webcopy to ensure clarity, messaging consistency, and compliance withbrand guidelines. Collaborate with other copywriters and ensurecompliance with regulatory department. - Partner with the SEO &Analytics Specialist to analyze site performance metrics andimplement optimizations that improve engagement and conversionrates. - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the userexperience and content discoverability. Requirements - Minimum of 2years of experience in content management and digital strategy,preferably in a B2B or international environment. - Strongunderstanding of web content management systems (CMS). Minimum of 2years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (certificationpreferred). - Experience with Digital Asset Management systems. -Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English. -Strong knowledge of SEO principles, web analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and basic HTML/CSStroubleshooting. - Ability to use Canva to produce and adapt imagesfor use on the web. Familiarity with Adobe tools, includingIllustrator, InDesign and Photoshop is a plus. - Familiarity withweb development and design principles. - Strong attention to detailand organizational skills. - Experience managing multilingual orlocalized content for global audiences is a plus.
