Ihre Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen HR ICT Application Specialist, der sich auf die Betreuung von HR-Applikationen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Weiterentwicklung und Einführung neuer Lösungen beteiligt sein.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Betreiben, entwickeln und unterhalten Sie bestehende HR-Applikationen
  • Einbringen neuer HR-Applikationen
  • Zugriffs- und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Bereitstellung des Schulungsangebots
  • Schulungen durchführen Sie gemeinsam mit den Key Usern
  • Beteiligung an der Einführung von Lösungen bei neu akquirierten Firmen sowie bei Optimierungsprojekten
  • Ansprechpartner für die Global Process Owner, Key User und Prozessverantwortlichen
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik/Informatik
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von HR-Applikationen und Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources
  • Kenntnisse in der Integration von Cloud Applikationen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikative und teamfähige Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Ausarbeitung von Konzepten
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
