Private Equity Analyst Program

LGT Capital Partners AG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Equity Analyst to join our team in Pfaeffikon. As a Private Equity Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our investment team in identifying, evaluating, and executing private equity investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial, market, and business due diligence on potential investment opportunities
  • Prepare investment memorandums, including detailed financial models and valuation analysis
  • Active participation in investment committee and team meetings
  • Attend management and board meetings and participate in site visits
  • Pro-actively identify attractive investment opportunities
  • Monitor the performance of portfolio investments
Requirements:
  • Outstanding academic credentials from a leading university at Bachelor or Master level in business, economics, finance or similar
  • Prior internship experience in finance is a plus
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills, including personal or professional experience in an English-speaking environment; familiarity with another language is preferred
  • Self-starter personality, highly motivated with an international mindset
  • Willingness to learn technical skills
  • Good analytical skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
