The incumbent must have a willingness and ability to handle detailed tactical and operational items while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical and communication skills, judgment, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. They should be a highly organized and results-driven individual with a strong willingness to learn and engage in operational finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise in Power BI/DAX and data analysis to develop data visualization, dashboards, reports to communicate findings to the European team.
- Support the European Finance team with management reporting for various commercial, RD, and administrative functions across the European region.
- Prepare financial inputs into forecasting, budget, and long-range planning and strategic planning and annual budgeting processes for the region.
- Recommend solutions for business/process/technical/analytical issues that arise in everyday work challenges current methods to improve accuracy/efficiency.
