This role involves identifying new business opportunities in the Aeronautics and Aerospace market, developing effective strategies to empower growth, and collaborating with the team to present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts. Additionally, you will participate in industry meetings and events to generate contacts and promote the company brand.
To succeed in this role, you will need 2-5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably with proven success. You should also possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and have proficiency in English and German. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research.
