Rollenbeschreibung
Wir suchen einen Business Development Werkstudenten für unser Remote-Team. In dieser Rolle trägst du massgeblich zur Expansion unserer Kundenbasis bei, indem du:
- Business Development betreibst und aktiv potenzielle Kunden ansprichst
- Leads generierst und qualifizierst für wachstumsstarke Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Marktanalysen durchführst, um unsere Strategie zu optimieren
- Überzeugende Präsentationen hältst für Entscheidungsträger
- Starke und nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen aufbaust und pflegst
- Mit internen Teams zusammenarbeitest, um Verkaufsstrategien zu verbessern
- Zugang zu über 25 Jahren Branchenexpertise und Mentoring
- Flexibles, remote-basiertes Arbeitsumfeld mit internationaler Erfahrung
- Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in Vertrieb, Marktexpansion und Strategie
- Die Möglichkeit, in einem schweizerisch geführten Unternehmen zu arbeiten
- Eine dynamische und kollaborative Teamkultur
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (C1/bilingual) sind erforderlich
- Erfahrung in Business Development, Leadgenerierung und Vertriebsansprache – oder eine starke Bereitschaft, diese Fähigkeiten zu erlernen
- Starke Präsentations- und Redefähigkeiten
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Analytische Denkweise und strategische Problemlösungskompetenz
- Eigenmotivation und Fähigkeit, selbstständig in einem Remote-Setting zu arbeiten
- Erfahrung im Bereich Business Development oder Vertrieb ist von Vorteil
