International Mobility Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled International Mobility Coordinator to join our team at KPMG AG in Zurich. As an integral part of our Talent Acquisition department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of global mobility programs for our clients.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing designated local foreign hires and coordinating business travelers and cross-border commuters. You will ensure regulatory compliance of firm-wide international business travel and advise assignees and the business on social insurance and taxation aspects of assignments and business travel.

You will serve as a central point of contact for Local Foreign Hires, providing guidance on their move to Switzerland and coordinating payroll, finance, tax, and external providers. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, Payroll, and our Tax & Legal department.

You will also be a central point of contact for business line consulting on Swiss immigration regulations and appropriate permit setups, as well as Swiss tax implications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently in part-time studies (Bachelor or Master) or recently finished them
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a comparable position is a plus
  • Keen interest in areas such as immigration, social security, taxation, and compliance in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and fluency in English and German is a must, French is a plus
